- Things to do. Describing attractions, geographical features, activities, and works of art; calculating entrance fees and prices; speaking to a group; planning a coach tour.
- News stories. Dealing with numbers and statistics; dealing with figures improving; client safety and security.
- Cultural tourism. Culture; taking part in meetings; presenting a proposal.
- Running a hotel. Hotels’ statistics; making presentations; transforming the team; managing personnel.
