- 4. Package tours. Talking about cultural heritage; package tours; city tours; designing a package;
- 5. Hotels. Talking about hotel services and facilities; hotel trends and hotel charges; dealing with complaints; making a good hotel great.
- 6. Food and beverage. Talking about food and drink; making and taking food orders; providing catering; meeting customers’ needs; troubleshooting.
